WeCare.RiteAid.com – Rite Aid Customer Survey (Win $1,000)

If you have been to Rite Aid recently you have probably noticed an addition to the bottom of your receipt! An invitation to participate in their Customer Satisfaction Survey to earn an entry for a chance to win a $1000 Sweepstakes! I don’t know about you but one thing I love to do is enter Sweepstakes whenever I get a chance, especially when you can earn another entry everytime you participate in the survey!

What is the Rite Aide survey?

The Rite Aid Customer Satisfaction Survey at WeCare.RiteAid.com is one of the tools Rite Aid has created as a way to engage with their customers to learn what customers like you and I would like to see when shopping with Rite Aid. Whether that is different products, better customer service, different store hours, updates to the store, etc… Rite Aid wants to know! And they are adding an incentive by giving each customer that participates an entry into their Sweepstakes! 

Who can participate?

To be eligible to participate, you need to have a recent receipt from Rite Aid, be 18 years of age or older and a legal citizen of the US. You will not be eligible to participate if you, your immediate family or a member of the same household is an employee for Rite Aid.

How long is the survey?

The survey will take between 5-10 minutes to complete, depending on if you choose to answer the extra questions when offered the chance during the survey.

How do you take the survey?

Here is a short list of the steps for taking the survey.

  1. Make a purchase at Rite Aid
  2. Keep your receipt
  3. Within 7 days go to WeCare.RiteAid.com
  4. Enter your Receipt Code 
  5. Begin the survey
  6. Answer questions and rate you visit honestly
  7. When asked enter your current contact information (in case you win!)
  8. Submit your survey
  9. Repeat every time you have a new receipt!
  10. That’s it!

There is no limit to the number of times you may enter by mail. However each online entry must have a different survey code and each mail-in entry must be mailed on a separate post card.


One Grand Prize and ten First Prizes will be available to be won each during the Sweepstakes.

One Grand Prize, consisting of $1,000 cash will be awarded in the form of a check.

Ten First Prizes, each consisting of $100 cash will be awarded in the form of a check.

What will the survey ask?

During the survey you will be asked a series of questions about your visit, including how easy the store was to navigate, if the employees were helpful and friendly, if you were able to find the items you were looking for and if you shop at Rite Aid often.

Please note that surveys are subject to change at any time so the survey may look different when you take it and the questions may change also.
