TellBam.com Customer Survey ($5 Off Coupon)
On my most recent trip to Books-A-Million to refill my TBR pile, after I got done at the check out I was looking over my receipt to see how many points if my coupon had been applied to my purchase, and as I was glancing over the receipt I noticed they are promoting their own Customer Satisfaction Survey www.TellBAM.com and they are offering a $5 off coupon as a reward for taking it! I don’t know about you but I can use all the coupons I can get for buying books!
What is TellBAM.com?
Books-A-Million has created their own Customer Satisfaction Survey as a way to hear from customers like you and I what types of things they could be doing to improve the overall shopping experience at BAM! From the way the store is laid, the products they have in stock and even how the employees are doing they want to know how their customers feel when shopping with them.
How long will the survey take?
The survey will take about 5 minutes to complete, not too bad at all!
Who can take the survey?
Anyone 14 years of age or older, who has made a recent purchase at BAM! and has a receipt!
How do I take the survey?
Here are the quick steps for taking the survey.
- Make a purchase at BAM! and keep your receipt
- Within 7 days go to www.TellBAM.com
- Enter the requested info located on your receipt
- Start the survey
- Answer the questions and rate your experience honestly
- When prompted enter a valid email address (so they can send your coupon)
- Submit your survey
- Check you email
- Redeem within 30 days of receiving the coupon
- That’s it!
Are there limitations for the coupon?
Yes, there are several. You must make a purchase of $25 or more, the purchase must be made in store NOT online, it can not be used in combination with any other offers or coupons and it can not be used to purchase gift card, Nooks, Rosetta Stone, Leap Pads, Catan or Settlers.

Rate your overall satisfaction for your most recent visit to BAM!
Rate the different aspects of your visit, did they have what you were looking for? Were the sales associates helpful? Did you get checked out quickly? Was the price you paid fair?
This is always my favorite aspect of every survey. I love to tell them in my own words what I would like to see done better and also what they are already doing well. Be sure to give them your honest feedback about your visit to their store. They really do listen and will sometimes reach out to you personally to make things right or to let you know they are implementing changes that you suggested!
This is another one of my favorite parts for any survey. I love to give shout outs to my favorite employees. When you give positive feedback to the company about the employees that help you, those employees often get little bonuses and things like that, which, as you know, the happier the employees are, the better the shopping experience will be!
Well whenever I am at BAM! I always purchase more than I intended 🙂 I know I can’t be alone on that one!?
