- You will then be asked to give your feedback in your own words about your experience
- After that you will be asked if you purchased different items from the menu
- You also be asked how the items were when you got them and if you would purchase them again
- Then you will be asked if you would like to be entered into the sweepstakes
- Next you will need to fill out the form with your information to enter the sweepstakes
- That’s it! Now you’ve been entered for your chance a $500 prize!

How does Taco Bell Notify you if you’ve won?
Any winners of the sweepstakes will be notified within two weeks after each drawing. Someone will contact you by phone or email, where they will ask for a mailing address and give any additional instructions on how to claim your prize. If the winner does not respond within three business days they will forfeit the prize. After you have been verified as a winner you will receive your prize in approximately six to eight weeks.
How often is there a drawing?
