I don’t know if you have been to Walmart recently, but it has become one of the places I rely on to fill all my shopping needs and also save as much as I can while not giving up the brands and products I love. So when I noticed on the back of my receipt that Walmart is currently running sweepstakes at www.survey.walmart.com where you can win one of the $1000 or $100 Gift Cards for taking their guest satisfaction survey I had to check it out!

What is the Walmart Survey?

The survey at www.survey.walmart.com is a customer satisfaction survey created by Walmart as a way to engage with their customers to learn about what the shopping experience in their stores is like. They want to know what they could be doing better at each of their locations to make their customers as happy as they can! They really do want to know what you think and how they can change to make your day better when shopping with them. And as a way to reward you for your valuable feedback they are offering sweepstakes for $1000 or $100 gift cards!

Who can enter the sweepstakes?

You need to have made a recent purchase from Walmart and keep your receipt, you must take the survey within 7 days of your visit to Walmart. You also need to be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States. You can not participate if you or an immediate family member or a member of your household is a current employee of Walmart.

How many prizes are there?

During the drawing period there will be 5 $1000 Gift Cards or 750 $100 Gift Cards available to win!

When is the drawing?

After the entry period (April 27th, 2024 – July 26th, 2024) the drawing will be held around August 5th 2024

Can I enter more than once?

If you are entering by completing the online survey using a receipt you may enter multiple times as long as you use a new receipt each time. 

What are the steps?

Here is a short list of the steps to take the survey.

1. Make a purchase at Walmart
2. Keep your receipt
3. Within 7 days go to www.survey.walmart.com
4. Select your language 
5. Enter the information printed on your receipt
6. Begin the survey
7. Answer questions and rate your visit honestly
8. Provide your phone number, email and home address (in case you win)
9. Submit your survey
10. Repeat whenever you have a new receipt to improve your odds of winning!

How do you enter by mail?

To enter without making a purchase, legibly handwrite your complete name, mailing address, phone number and date of birth. Then mail a postcard or a card that is no smaller than 3 ½ x 5 inches and no larger than 4 ¼ x 6 inches, with proper postage to:

All write-in entries must be postmarked by July 26, 2024 and received by August 2, 2024

What will they do with my info?

Any personal information you provide when entering into the sweepstakes will be used for contact purposes only, your information will never be sold or shared without your knowledge and/or consent.

How long will the survey take?

The survey will take about 5 minutes, if you choose to select the option to answer a few more questions while taking the survey it will take about 7 minutes.

Select your language and enter the requested information that is printed on your receipt.

Would you be likely to recommend this store?

How satisfied were you overall? And in your own words tell them why you gave that rating, be sure to tell them what you think they could be doing to improve the shopping experience at their store and/or what they are doing well.

Rate the different aspects of your visit 

From here you can choose to answer questions that are more personalized to you visit, they will ask about the different products you purchased during your visit, how long your checkout took and things like that, it will take an additional 3-4 minutes if you choose to click yes.

They want to verify that no one in your immediate family is an employee of Walmart

Would you like to be entered into the sweepstakes? YES!

Fill out the form with your current contact information, you want them to have the correct information so they are able to reach you if you are drawn as a winner! Hit the Finish button to submit your survey.

Success!!! When you see this on your screen you will know you have been successfully entered into the sweepstakes!

That’s all there is to it!

And that is the complete process to enter into the Walmart Sweepstakes! Not too bad for a chance to win $1000 or $100 gift cards!!!
