After rating your overall satisfaction and selecting your dining experience, you will rate some different aspects of your visit.
After a few pages asking about food quality and the service received you will be asked how likely you are to return and recommend them to others.
Next you will have the option to tell them in your own words about your visit.
There will be several more questions about the items your ordered, how often you visit Biscuitville, how you heard about Biscuitville and a few classification questions (age, gender, etc…)
Next up your Validation Code! Once you submit your survey you will see a screen like this 🙂
