Who can take the Survey?
Anyone who has recently visited (within the past 7 days) Pizza Patrón with a receipt can participate in the survey!
What do I need to do?
This is a short list of the steps for taking the survey.

- Make a purchase
- Keep your receipt
- Within 7 days go to TalktoPatron.smg.com
- Enter the info printed on your receipt
- Answer questions/ rate your visit honestly
- Enter a valid Email (they will be sending your coupon via Email)
- Submit your survey
- Check your Email (it may take up to 24 hrs to receive)
- Redeem you coupon within 2 months
How long is the Survey?
The Pizza Patrón Survey will take 4-6 minutes to complete.
What about rules or limitations?
There are a few rules/ limitations for this offer.
- You need your receipt to enter the survey
- The survey needs to be taken within 7 days of your visit
- Your coupon needs to be redeemed within 2 months of completing the Survey
- The offer is valid for online and carryout only, it is not valid for delivery

Once you begin the survey you will be asked about your overall satisfaction, the type visit you had and then you will begin rating the different aspects of your visit.
After you have rated the different parts of your visit they will ask about the items you ordered!
After you pick which items your ordered in will become more specific and ask about each item.
You will also have the chance to give feedback in your own words.
After a few more questions you will need to enter a valid Email address (to receive your coupon)
