How long is the Survey?
The TalktoBo Survey will take around 3-5 minutes to complete.

What will they ask?
The survey will mostly focus on you rating the different aspects of your visit including; how friendly the staff was; cleanliness of the store; taste of the food; speed of your order; if you will return soon; etc…

The first page will ask you to enter the information printed on your receipt.
After rating your overall experience and selecting your dining choice, you will rate some different aspects of your visit.
They will ask if the items you wanted were available, if you experienced any problems during your visit and then if you will be returning soon/ recommend them to others.
You will be given to chance you voice your opinion in your own words 🙂
They will then ask a few classification questions (age, income & race) these are optional questions.
After those questions you will submit your Survey and receive you Validation Code (be sure to take note of it by writing it on your receipt)
