One of my favorite things on the Wingstop menu is actually their Fries, I know loving Fries more than wings is probably weird but what can I say, I’m a Fry lover and Wingstop has a list of winners on their Fries Menu!
So when I saw on my receipt that Wingstop is currently offering a FREE order of Fries with your next online purchase if you take their online Guest Feedback Survey I made sure to head over to MyWingstopSurvey.com to earn those Fries for myself!
What is a Guest Feedback Survey?
Wingstop wants to engage with their customers and learn what they as a company could be doing better to earn your business more often! One way companies do this is by creating online Guest Feedback Surveys where customer like you and I can give our honest opinions and feedback about our experiences when visiting Wingstop!
Who can take the survey?
Anyone who has recently visited (within 7 days) Wingstop and has a receipt can take the survey.
What do I need to do?
Here is a short list of the steps you will take to participate in the survey.
- Visit Wingstop
- Make a puchase
- Keep your receipt
- Within 7 days go to MyWingstopSurvey.com
- Enter the information printed on your receipt
- Tap Start
- Answer questions/rate your visit honestly
- Enter you Email and submit your survey
- Check your Email (it may take up to 24 hours)
- Once you receive your email redeem your code within 14 days
How long will the survey take?
It should take you somewhere between 3-5 minutes, it’s not super long 🙂
Are there any rules/ limitations?
The only rules/ limitations are:
- Valid only at participating Wingstops
- Offer redeemable on Wingstop.com or the Wingstop Mobile App only
- Offer expires 14 days after completing the survey
- Limit one per customer
- Offer not valid with any other offers or promotions
What sort of questions can I expect?
This survey will mainly focus on what items you ordered during your visit and the quality of the items and service you received. In the next part of this guide I will be including several screenshots from the MyWingStopSurvey to give you a better idea of what you can expect. I will also include a image to show what your email should look like!
First you will need to go to www.MyWingstopSurvey.com
There you will see a screen asking for information you will find printed on your receipt
- Restaurant Numer
- Date
- Time
- Order Number
Once you have entered that information tap Start to begin the survey.
After you begin you will be asked to rate your overall experience, what items were ordered from the menu and the quality and speed of the service.
After that section you will be asked to rate the quality of the individual items you ordered, you will also be asked to tell Wingstop in your own words what they could have done better to make your visit more enjoyable.
Once you have completed this part of the survey you will be asked to enter you email address (where they will send your FREE Fries code) and you will see a conformation page showing that your survey has been successfully submitted!
When you see the conformation page within 24 hours your code will be delivered to your email inbox! Be sure to check your spam and/or promotions folders! Once it has been delivered it should look something like this!
