I love Checkers and Rally’s! Their focus on tasty food, great value, and fast service makes them one of my favorite places to indulge when I’m craving some delicious fast food.
Their menu is packed with so many tasty items! Personally I really enjoy their Chicken Bites and Fries Box! So I was excited to see that right now Checkers is offering a FREE Sandwich, for taking their Guest Survey!
What is the Checkers/Rally’s Survey?
GuestObsessed.com is a Guest Satisfaction Survey, created to gain insight about the customers experiences when visiting their restaurants! This is a great way for them to learn how to make improvements their customers will enjoy!
Who can take the survey?
Anyone who has recently (within the past 7 days) can take the survey 🙂
What do I need to do?
Here I have made a short list of the steps for taking the survey!
- Visit Checkers or Rally’s
- Make a purchase
- Keep your receipt
- Within 7 days go to www.GuestObsessed.com
- Enter the information printed on your receipt
- Tap Start
- Answer questions/rate your visit honestly
- Enter your email and submit your survey
- Check your email (it may take up to 24hrs)
- Once you receive the email redeem within 14 days
How long is the Survey?
The survey will take about 3-5 minutes to complete.
Are there any rules / limitations?
There are a few rules/limitations for the coupon;
- Must be redeem within 14 days of completing the survey
- Requires the purchase of a Large Drink
- Excludes the Baconzilla, Bacon Bufford and the Triple Sandwiches
- Limit one coupon per customer per visit
- Not valid for online or delivery options
- Must present the coupon at the time of purchase
What kinds of questions will they be asking?
During this Survey you will mainly be rating the different aspects of your visit including;
Speed, Friendliness, Accuracy, Quality, Temperature, Etc. I will share several screenshots of the survey, to give you an idea of what the survey will look like and what types of questions you will see. I will also include the a shot of what the email/coupon will look like 🙂
First you will need go to www.GuestObsessed.com
Once there you will see a screen asking for a 20-digit Survey Code, if you do not have a code there is an option that says click-here that will take you to another screen that will ask you to enter;
- 4-digit Store Number
- Date
- Check Number
After that tap Start to begin the survey.
After you begin the survey you be asked to rate several aspects of your visit including; Speed, Friendliness, Accuracy and Quality.
You will also be asked to rate the value and temperature of your order 🙂
You will also be given the opportunity to leave feedback in your own words about your visit.
They will ask if you would like to receive a coupon from Checkers/Rally’s be sure you tap Yes when you see this question or you will NOT receive the coupon!
After that you will be asked to provide your name, phone number and email. This info will only be used for contact purposes. They will not share or sell your info without your consent.
Once you have successfully submitted your survey you will see a conformation page that looks something like this.
Now be sure to check your email! It may take up to 24 hours for the email to appear in your inbox (be sure to check those spam folders too) Once you receive the email it should like like this.
That’s it!
And that is all there is to it! I would say this survey is pretty quick to take and has a really decent reward for your time! I hope I have helped answer any questions you may have had and I hope you are encouraged to go take that survey yourself!
