How long is the Survey?
The Steak n’ Shake Survey will take somewhere around 3-5 minutes to complete.
Survey Tips & Reminders
- Make sure you complete the survey within 3 days of your visit.

After rating your overall satisfaction, selecting your dining experience and what you ordered you will rate some different aspects of your visit.
Several pages will ask about food quality and the service received. After that you will be asked how likely you are to return and recommend them to others.
You will also have the option to tell them in your own words how your visit was.
Next you will enter you email and submit your survey!
You will see a confirmation page if your survey and email have been submitted successfully!
