Have you been to Panda Express lately?
I don’t know about you but until recently I hadn’t been to a Panda Express for a really long time! The last time I visited one was a long time ago in a mall food court. I really hadn’t paid much attention to how many stand alone restaurants they have built until they built one near a few of my favorite stores. So the other day when I was out running errands I decided to grab lunch and chose to give Panda Express a try! And I am so glad I did! It was so fast, tasty AND affordable! I really don’t know why I haven’t stopped in before!
My Panda bowl got even better!
While I was there I ordered a Panda Bowl (I got the Original Orange Chicken with Sticky White Rice) and it came with a Medium drink and a fortune cookie (although there was no fortune inside?!) It was so much food I had to take half home to eat later! All that for only $11! Great deal right?!
After I had finished up I was looking over my receipt, and I noticed that Panda Express has a Guest Satisfaction Survey! I love surveys, so this just made my visit even better! This survey has a reward of a FREE Small A La Carte Entree with the purchase of a 2-entree Plate! That’s a great deal!

Who can take the survey?
To be eligible for the Panda Express Survey you need to be 14 years of age or older and a legal citizen of the United States. You will not be eligible if you are an employee of Panda Express, an immediate relative of an employee of Panda Express or if you live in the same household as an employee of Panda Express.
What steps are there when taking the survey?
- Visit your local Panda Express and make a purchase
- Save your receipt
- Within 2 days go to www.PandaGuestExperience.com
- Enter your 22 digit Survey Code (found on your receipt)
- Begin your survey
- Answer and rate your experience honestly
- Enter you email address (they will email your coupon)
- Submit your survey
- Check you email
- Redeem your coupon within 14 days of completing your survey!
How long does it take?
The Panda Express Survey takes about 5 minutes to complete, not too long at all!
Is there a limit?
If you have made a purchase and you have a receipt with a survey code on it you can take the survey within 2 days, each new receipt you receive with a new code allows you to take a new survey! Each survey code is valid for one use only so you will need a new code each time!
What does Panda Express do with my info?
Panda Express uses any information they gather from their online survey to better understand the wants and needs of their customers. They also use that information to make improvements and changes to their food, customer service and their restaurants! They value the feedback you provide! That is why they offer a reward for participating in the Panda Express Survey!

Is it worth it?
In my opinion, YES! It is absolutely worth it! Panda Express already offers excellent food with great portion sizes at affordable prices, so adding a FREE Small A La Carte Entree to your order makes it an even better value!

I regularly went to Panda Express, about once a week, but now I do not go at all. I would do the feedback and get the reward. Then I was continuously requested to scan my receipt and resubmit, sometimes more than once for the same receipt. Until there is a better response when a survey is submitted, I will not visit any Panda Express,
I purchased my food on 09/16/2024, filled out my online survey 09/17/2024 and have still not received any sort of code or coupon for a FREE SMALL A LA CARTE ENTREE sent to my email….
