After my recent trip to Marshalls, I noticed on my receipt that they are currently running monthly sweepstakes for a $500 Marshalls Gift Card! If you make a purchase during the sweepstakes period from any of these stores (T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods, Marshalls, Sierra, or HomeSense) in-store or online you will receive a survey code on your receipt that will allow you to take their survey.
The receipt will instruct you to visit www.marshallsfeedback.com to complete the short survey and enter for your chance to win.
Every time you make a purchase you will receive an opportunity to participate in their survey and another entry into their sweepstakes! There are no limits on how many entries you make, you just need a valid survey code to participate in the survey each time!
What is MarshallsFeedback.com?
MarshallsFeedback is one of the ways that Marshalls and their other entities (T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods, Sierra, or HomeSense) use to receive honest customer feedback, to learn ways they can improve the shopping experience for customers like you and I! They are also able to learn about what they are doing correctly! It really is a great way to ensure their customers are happy, they take your feedback seriously and try to make improvements whenever they can!
What do they use my information for?
They only use your information to improve the customer experiences at their stores, any personal information provided is used as contact information only. They do not sell or share your information!
Who can take the survey?
You are able to participate if you are a legal resident of the United States, and are 18 years of age or older. Employees of the TJX Companies, their immediate family and/or members of the same household are not eligible.
How long does it take?
The survey takes between 5-10 minutes to complete.
When are the sweepstakes?
The Sweepstakes begins on January 1, 2024 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), ends on December 31, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”), and consists of twelve (12) monthly entry periods (each an “Entry Period”) as outlined in the chart below. Sponsor’s servers are the official time-keeping devices for the Sweepstakes.

What steps do I need to take to enter?
- Make a purchase at Marshalls or one of the TJX companies stores
- Save your receipt
- Take the survey within 14 days of your purchase
- Go to www.marshallsfeedback.com
- Enter the required information located on your receipt
- Answer questions and rate your experience honestly
- Complete the survey
- Enter the sweepstakes
- Provide contact information (in case you are a winner)
- Repeat each time you visit your local TJX Stores!
Why would Marshalls run a sweepstakes?
Marshalls and all other TJX stores want to incentivise you as their customer to give them honest feedback, so they are able to continue growing and improving their customer base by making the shopping experience as great as they can!
How many prizes are there?
There are 60 GRAND PRIZES (5 per Entry Period, 1 for each Participating Brand): Each winner will receive one $500 TJX Brands gift card.
Is it worth it?
Absolutely! You have a chance to win for every entry you make each month (you entries don’t roll over) and even if you aren’t a winner your feedback is important!
