Lowe’s is currently running a $500 Sweepstakes for participating in their online Customer Satisfaction Survey at lowes.com/survey. The Lowe’s Customer Satisfaction Monthly $500 Survey Sweepstakes, is a monthly random drawing Sweepstakes that lowes is offering as a way to engage with their customers, to learn how they can improve the overall experience for their customer while they are shopping with Lowe’s.

What is the prize?

There are five prizes drawn each month. Each winner will receive $500 USD. Prize awarded in the form of a check!

How long does the survey take?

The Lowe’s survey should only take around 5 minutes to complete. Typically customer surveys never take any longer than 5-8 minutes at the most, many are even shorter than that.

What are the odds of winning?

The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received during each entry period.

What are the steps to enter the online Sweepstakes?

  1. Visit your local Lowe’s and make a purchase
  2. Save your receipt
  3. Within 7 Days of your visit go to www.Lowes.com/Survey
  4. Enter the information printed on your receipt
  5. Answer questions and rate your experience honestly
  6. Enter your personal contact information (in case you win)
  7. Submit your survey
  8. Wait to hear if you are a winner
  9. Repeat each month (with a new receipt)
  10. That’s it!

Who is eligible for lowes.com/survey?

To be eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes you must be a legal citizen of the United States and you must be 18 years of age or older. You will NOT be eligible if you are an employee of Lowe’s, if you are an immediate family member of an employee of Lowe’s and/or if you reside in the same household as an employee of Lowe’s

How do I enter?

There are 2 ways to enter into the Lowe’s $500 Sweepstakes the first is by entering online.  You will need a valid receipt from a recent visit to Lowe’s; the receipt must be used to take the survey within 7 days of your purchase from Lowe’s. 

You will then go to www.Lowes.com/survey where you will be asked to enter the information printed on your receipt. It should look something like this.

After you have entered the requested information you will be asked a series of questions and be asked to rate your overall experience during your recent visit to Lowe’s.

After you have completed the survey you will be asked to provide your contact information (in case you are a winner) Make sure to provide accurate contact information so you don’t miss out on claiming your prize if you are drawn as a winner!

The 2nd way to enter is a Free alternate means of entry (limit one per person): Legibly hand print on a 4” x 5” card, your complete name, street address (no P.O. What will they do with my information?

Any information you provide during the survey will be used by Lowe’s to better understand the wants and needs of their customers. They will also use the information to make changes to stores, products and customer service. Any personal information you provide will be used for contact purposes only, your information will never be sold or shared without your consent.

When are the drawings?

Each drawing is held around the second week of each month.

When are the winners notified?

All prize winners will be notified by telephone, email and/or overnight mail whichever is appropriate. Selected winners will be required to respond to the notification within seven (7) business days of the attempted notification. Failure to respond to the notification will result in forfeiture of the prize and, in such case, Lowe’s will randomly select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries.

Will my entry be used during every drawing?

NO! Each of the drawings is unique and no entry will be carried over to any other drawing period. If you wish to be entered into multiple drawings you must complete a new entry each month during the entry period.
