If you are from the midwest or have visited the midwest you have probably been to or seen a Hy-Vee grocery store! It is one of the staples of the midwest when it comes to filling your family’s pantry! And right now they are offering a chance to win a $500 gift card in their sweepstakes, for participating in their online customer satisfaction survey!

What is the Hy-Vee customer survey?

Hy-Vee uses their customer experience survey as a way to hear from their customers, what they could do better and what they are already doing right! They want you to let them know what your shopping experience was like during your recent visits to Hy-Vee!

What do they do with my info?

Hy-Vee uses any information you provide to better understand the wants and needs of their customers, any personal information you provide will be used as contact information only! They will never sell or share your information!

Who can take the survey?

You must be 18 years of age or older to enter into the sweepstakes, but you may take the survey if you are 14 years of age or older. You must also be a legal resident of Iowa, Missouri, South Dakota, Kansas, Illinois, Nebraska, Minnesota or Wisconsin. Employees for Hy-Vee, their immediate family and/or members of the same household are not eligible to participate. 

How often is there a drawing?

There is a new drawing and winner each month, this sweepstakes ends 9/29/24 at midnight. You may enter multiple times a month every month with a qualifying receipt. 

You may also enter by mail (limit 1 mail entry per household) with no purchase necessary, you will need to hand print your name, complete address, city, state, zip code, daytime phone number, and birth date on a 3” x 5” card and mail it to:  Hy-Vee Dollar Fresh Customer Experience Survey Sweepstakes Entry, 5820 Westown Parkway, West Des Moines, IA 50266 

What steps are needed to be entered by taking the survey?

  1. Visit your local Hy-Vee and make a purchase
  2. Save your receipt
  3. Within 7 Days go to www.Hy-VeeSurvey.com
  4. Click store you made you purchase at
  5. Enter the 22 digit code on your receipt
  6. Begin the survey
  7. Answer questions and rate your experience honestly 
  8. Select YES when asked if you would like to be entered in the sweepstakes
  9. Enter your current contact information (in case you win!)
  10. Submit your survey!

How will I know if I have won?

You will be contacted either by phone or email if you have been selected as a winner within 48 hours of the drawing. And you will receive your prize in approximately 4-6 weeks from the time of the drawing.

How many winners will there be during each drawing?

There will be five (5) winners drawn at random during each drawing period!

Were you greeted by and employee? How satisfied were you with the employees?

Overall how satisfied were you?

Would you like to be entered in the sweepstakes? YES!!!

You will then be asked to provide your current contact information in case you are a winner!!!

That’s it!

And that’s all there is to it! It’s a pretty quick little survey, with a pretty great sweepstakes entry as a reward! And like I mentioned earlier, you can enter multiple times with each qualifying receipt you bring home!
