What is a Customer Survey for?
The Hightop Customer Satisfaction Survey was created with a goal to engage with customers and learn what they could be doing better to make your dining experience as amazing as possible and as a way to reward you for your time and effort they have added the bonus of a $5 off coupon!
How long will it take?
The survey will take around 5 minutes to complete 🙂
Can anyone take the survey?
Any customer who has a recent receipt (within 3 days) can visit Hightophospitalitysurvey.smg.com and take the survey to earn their $5 off coupon!
Why do I need a receipt?
You will need your receipt to properly fill out the requested information at the beginning of the survey, you will also need to keep your receipt after you finish the survey, because you will need to write down the coupon validation code on the receipt to be able to redeem your $5 off coupon!
What do I need to do?
This is a short list of the steps for taking the survey and earning your $5 Off coupon
- Visit one of the Hightop Restaurants and make a purchase
- Keep your receipt
- Within 3 days go to HightopHospitalitySurvey.smg.com
- Enter the requested information printed on the receipt
- Tap Start to begin the survey
- Answer questions and rate your visit honestly
- Submit your survey
- Write down your Validation Code on your receipt
- Keep your receipt to use on your next visit
- Redeem within 30 days of completing the survey
Are there any limitations?
Currently the only limitations are that the coupon must be used at either the same location or one of the same line, so if you have a receipt from Green Mill you must redeem your coupon at a Green Mill or if you have a receipt from The Crooked Pint you must redeem your coupon at a Crooked Pint.
What will they be asking?
When taking the survey you will be asked a series of typical questions that you would normally see when taking an online Customer Satisfaction Survey, questions like…
“Was the food prepared to your liking?”
“Were the employees friendly and helpful?”
“Was the restaurant well kept?”

How friendly were the employees? Was the food fresh? How was the temperature of your food?
Will you be returning soon? Would you recommend them to others?
Now I love these portions of the survey! You get to tell them in your own words what you did or did not like about your visit, you can also give them suggestions on ways you think that could improve. And they absolutely do read these comment sections and they take them very seriously, so be sure to be honest but also try to be helpful and considerate 🙂
Once you have completed and submitted your survey you will see a page like this with your Validation Code, be sure to write that code on your receipt AND keep your receipt so you can redeem it for $5 Off your next food purchase!
