If you’re like me and you need a regular dose of caffeine and/or a tasty treat during your day, you have probably stopped into your local Dunkin’ Donuts once or twice! (if you haven’t yet you should definitely try one of their Sparked drinks *chefs kiss*) But did you know you can earn yourself a FREE Classic Donut w/ the purchase of a Medium size or larger drink? (who doesn’t love a Classic Donut?) All you need to do is complete their customer satisfaction survey at www.DunkinRunsOnYou.com
What is DunkinRunsOnYou?
DunkinRunsOnYou.com is the Dunkin’ customer satisfaction survey where Dunkin’ encourages you to give them your honest feedback about your experience when ordering with Dunkin’. They want you to tell them what they could be doing better, or what you think they are already doing right! And the way they have decided to encourage their customers to take their survey is by offering a FREE Classic Donut (w/ purchase of a medium or larger drink) That’s a pretty tasty incentive!
Can anyone take the survey?
To be able to take the survey and earn a FREE Classic Donut you will need a recent (within 3 days) receipt from a purchase at Dunkin’ Donuts that has a survey invitation and survey code printed on it.
How many times can you take the survey?
You can take one survey per receipt.
Are there any limitations for the coupon?
The coupon is not valid on Mobile App orders. There is a limit of one coupon per customer per visit that may not be combined with any other coupon, discount, or promotion, and is limited to one-time use. Coupon or offer code must be presented at time of order. Good for one FREE Classic Donut w/ the purchase of a medium or larger regular priced Dunkin’ beverage (excludes cooler beverages).
What steps are required?
Here is a short list of the steps to take the survey.
- Make a purchase at Dunkin’ Donuts
- Save your receipt
- Within 3 days go to www.DunkinRunsOnYou.com
- Enter your survey code
- Begin the survey
- Answer questions and rate your visit honestly
- Enter a valid email address (so they can send you coupon)
- Submit your survey
- Check you email
- Redeem you coupon within 14 days
How long will the survey take?
The survey will take about 4 minutes to complete (pretty quick) there is an option at the end of the survey to answer a few more questions that will take an additional 2 minutes if you choose to answer them.
What if I don’t have a survey code?
If there is not a survey code on your receipt don’t worry! There is a button you can click that will take you to a page that will ask for…
- Store number
- Date of service
- Time of your visit
- AM or PM
- Order number
- Type of visit
So be sure to keep your receipt even if there isn’t a survey code!

Would you recommend Dunkin’? Overall were you satisfied? And in your own words let them know what they could be doing better at Dunkin’ or let them know what they did right!
Rate the different aspects of your visit, and let them know if your order was right and if you had any problems.
Enter a valid email address where they can send you the coupon! And let them know if you would like to answer a few more questions.
Once you complete your survey and submit it you will see this screen, be sure to check you email for that coupon!
Your email will look something like this! Be sure to redeem your coupon within 14 days by showing this coupon to the cashier when you go to pay!
