Hey guys! I have some exciting news in the world of surveys! Dollar General is currently running Sweepstakes for $100 Gift Cards! When you go to www.DGCustomerFirst.com and take their customer satisfaction survey you will earn an entry into the Sweepstakes! They have drawings every week, and there are 10 winners for each drawing! Plus, you are able to enter once a week every week while they are running the Sweepstakes! These Sweepstakes are running for the whole year of 2024!

How do I enter the Sweepstakes?

To enter into the Sweepstakes you have two methods you can choose from… 

1) ONLINE SURVEY – Entrants may make any purchase from Dollar General store, then visit www.dgcustomerfirst.com or www.dgxcustomerfirst.com , and follow the instructions to enter the survey code printed on the receipt, complete a survey, and provide your first and last name, phone number, and email address. After completing the survey and submitting your information on the Website, you will receive one entry into the applicable Entry Period (based on the date in which the survey is completed). 

2) MAIL IN ENTRY: To enter without making a purchase, Entrants may hand-write his/her complete name (no initials), valid e-mail address, street address (P.O. Boxes not accepted), city, state, ZIP code, telephone number, and date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY) on a 3½”x5” card (“Mail-In Entry”) and mail it with sufficient postage to:

Mail-In Entry must be postmarked by the Entry Period End Date and received by the Mail-In Entry Received by Date to be eligible for the applicable Entry Period. You will receive one entry into the applicable Entry Period for a valid Mail-In Entry. Mail-In Entries must be legibly hand-written. 

When are the entry dates?

The entry and drawing dates are always 7 days apart, so every new entry period will be 8 days after the last entry period began, below is an example of the dates’ timing/ spacing. If you would like to see a complete list of entry dates and drawings dates click here

Who is eligible to enter?

The Sweepstakes is open to any legal US citizens who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, sales representatives and members of their immediate families (spouse, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren) or the same households (whether related or not) are NOT eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

How will I know if I have won?

All Prize Winners will be contacted via phone, email and/or a USPS,  you will be required to provide your complete mailing addresses within 3 days of notification. After verification, as a Prize Winner will be mailed your prize to the address provided during winner verification. It can take up to 2 weeks for Prize delivery.

How do I take the survey?

Here is a short list of the steps for taking the survey and entering into the Sweepstakes.

  1. Visit DG and make a purchase
  2. Keep your receipt
  3. Within 7 days go to www.DGCustomerFirst.com
  4. Choose your type of receipt
  5. Enter your survey code
  6. Begin survey
  7. Answer questions and rate your visit honestly
  8. Select YES I want to enter the Sweepstakes
  9. Enter your contact information (in case you win!)
  10. Submit your survey and earn your entry!

What will DG do with my information?

Any information DG collects during your survey will be used to make improvements to their stores and the shopping experiences of their customers. Their goal is to learn what they can do to make customers like you and I as happy as possible when shopping with them! 

Any personal information you provide will be used for contact purposes only, your information will never be shared or sold without your knowledge.

Select which type of receipt you have.

Enter your survey code, store number and time of visit printed on your receipt.

Rate your overall satisfaction for your visit.

Would you recommend this location to others?

This section is always my favorite part of any survey! Be sure to tell them in your own words what they could be doing better, what you don’t like about shopping with DG, if the employees need to do better, etc… It is also a great place to give positive feedback if your shopping experience was a good one, let them know!
