Today I went to a Midwest favorite for lunch, Culver’s. Now if you’re not from the Midwest and you’ve never heard of Culver’s, I apologize because you are missing out on one of the most delicious fresh made fast food places there is! They have some of the best burgers you will ever eat AND the absolutely most mouth watering Frozen Custard there is!
There is nothing quite as delicious as their original vanilla Frozen Custard, personally I like it so much I always end up ordering a plain single scoop (even though there are hundreds of options to choose from) because it’s so good I just want to enjoy the smooth creamy flavor all on its own.
So when I saw on the receipt that you can take their guest satisfaction survey for a FREE single dish or cake cone, I was pretty excited!
What are the steps?
- You need a recent valid receipt
- Go to your browser go to www.tellculvers.com
- Type in the survey code printed on your receipt
- Begin answering the questions on the survey
- When finished take note of the validation code by writing it on your receipt
- Redeem within 30 days for a FREE single dish or cake cone at your next visit!
What are the requirements?
The only requirements are you need a valid receipt that also has a survey code printed on it, and you must be 13 years of age or older.
What will Culver’s do with my info?
Culver’s will only use any information you give to improve their services and products. They will not share or sell any of your information.
Let’s take the survey
From here I will go through the different steps of the survey and show you what you can expect to see and what sorts of questions you will be answering.
- Go to www.tellculvers.com it should look something like this
- Enter the survey code and click the start button
- You will then be directed to a page asking you to rate your overall experience
- Then you will be asked which items from the menu you ordered during your visit
- Next you will be asked about the quality of the food and service you received
- After that you will be asked about your experience with the team members on your visit
- Did you experience any problems?
- Will you return in the next 30 days?
- Let them know what they did that they could have improved on
- How did the team member do?
- Why did you choose Culver’s?
- How many times have you visited recently?
- Have there been times you decided not to go to Culver’s?
- What sort of dining experience did you choose?
- Which dining experience do you usually choose?
- Don’t forget to write down your validation code on your receipt and be sure to use it within 30 days!
That’s pretty much it!

It’s not too long and it’s pretty simple to do, it is definitely worth the little bit of time it takes to earn a FREE single dish or cake cone!
