– Chipotle Survey (Win Free Food)

Everyone’s favorite fast casual Mexi-Style restaurant is offering the chance to win 1 year of “Freepotle” through their  “Freepotle Sweepstakes” which will be in the form of 1 Free regular entree per week! That’s a whole lot of tasty “Freepotle” to enjoy the whole year! There are several ways to enter the Sweepstakes so I will guide you through the different methods!

Who can enter the Sweepstakes?

Only legal residents of Canada and the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 13 years of age or older at the time of entry. Minors must get their parent or legal guardian’s permission to enter. You will NOT be eligible to enter if you, your immediate family members or members of the same household are employees for Chiptole 🙁 

How often can you enter?

You may enter 1 time per week 🙂 

Rewards Member Entry

You will receive one entry in the Freepotle Sweepstakes by making a purchase of at least Five Dollars ($5.00) at participating Chipotle restaurants in the United States and Canada by scanning your Rewards member ID; or by placing an online order for either pickup or delivery using the Chipotle App or the Chipotle website while logged into your Chipotle Rewards account.

Email Entry (no purchase necessary)

To enter without making a purchase, send an email to [email protected] using the email address associated with your free Chipotle Rewards account, with your first and last name, age, address, country of residence, daytime telephone number, the email associated with your Chipotle Rewards account and Chipotle Rewards Loyalty ID number.

Survey Entry

Survey Entry! To enter this way you will need to go to and fill out the information forms and participate in the online Guest Satisfaction Survey. It is pretty straightforward and easy to do 🙂 

There are several different options when taking the Survey, 

  • Receipt with Survey Code
  • Label from Digital Order
  • Email with Survey Link
  • Do not have a Survey Link

What is a Guest Survey?

A Guest Satisfaction Survey is a tool used by businesses like Chipotle to engage with customers like you and I, to learn what types of changes or improvements could be made to ensure that guest have the best possible experience when visiting their locations 🙂 

How long is the survey?

The Chipotle Guest Satisfaction Survey is pretty short and takes about 3 minutes to complete (including filling out your contact info)

Who can take the Survey?

Anyone 13 years of age or older can take the survey!

What will they do with my info?

Any information you provide while taking the survey will be used for research purposes only, your contact information will only be used in the event you are selected as a winner. Your information will never be sold or shared without your consent!

How do you take the survey?

Here is a short list of the steps to take the survey!

  1. If you have a Receipt, Email invite or digital code save it!
  2. Go to 
  3. Choose what invite you have (Survey Code, Digital Code, Email Invite or None)
  4. Enter the requested information (based on the option your chose)
  5. Begin the Survey
  6. Answer questions and rate your visit honestly
  7. Fill out the contact form with your current info (in case you win!)
  8. Submit your survey
  9. Wait to see if you win!
  10. That’s it!

What do they ask?

During the survey you will be asked general questions about your most recent visit to Chipotle, things like…

“How was your overall experience”

“How did you place your order?”

“What did you order”

From here I will give you some examples of what you can expect to see when taking the Chipotle Guest Satisfaction Survey.

First go to

Select which type of invite you have.

It will either look like this (if you have a survey code) enter the code and tap Start

Or it will look like this if you choose one of the other options. Enter the requested information which will be printed on your receipt, in your email or on your digital label!

Rate your overall visit

Select how you placed your order, if you dined in or carried out and what you ordered.

Rate how likely you are to return and/or recommend Chipotle to someone in the next 30 days and if something wasn’t quite right select what wasn’t right.

In your own words tell them about your visit and what they could have done better, what changes you would like to see made at Chipotle and/or what you enjoyed about your visit to Chipotle. They do read these and they take them seriously so be sure to let them know your opinions!

Fill out the contact form with your current/correct information (in case you are selected as a winner) and tap Submit

Success! You’re done!

That’s it!

And that is all there is to it! Pretty easy right?! Remember Chipotle wants to hear from you so they can keep you happy and coming back, so be sure you fill out those surveys whenever you have a chance! They make sure that the Guest Satisfaction stays high 🙂
