You’ll enter your transaction ID and the date of your visit to begin the survey.
Step 4: Rate Your Experience
Next, you’ll answer a few questions—things like:
- Was the store clean?
- How was the restroom?
- Were the staff friendly?
- How long did you wait at checkout?
These questions take maybe two minutes, tops.
Step 5: Enter the Sweepstakes (Optional but… why not?)
When asked if you want to enter, hit yes and move on to the contact form.
Step 6: Fill in Your Details
They’ll ask for your name, phone number, and email. That’s how they’ll reach you if you win.
Step 7: You’re Done!
