I don’t know about you, but one of my favorite places to shop is Aldi. Whether it’s just a quick trip to grab a couple things or a big restock, Aldi is my go to place to save money and know I’m getting the best products for my money! I especially love their “Here one day, gone the next” aisle, there are so many great items, and they are different every single time I go! 

Aldi has always been a wonderful store for shoppers looking to save big while shopping for necessities, and I realized that they are currently offering a sweepstakes for a $100 Aldi gift card for taking the survey! I definitely couldn’t pass that up! 

In this post I will show you the requirements, process and types of questions while taking the TellAldi survey!

What are the requirements?

You need a valid Aldi receipt from the past 3 days, any receipt older than 3 days will no longer be eligible for the survey, and you must be 18 or older to participate in the sweepstakes.

How long will it take?

I took the survey in about 10 minutes, I did write plenty of feedback which is optional so the survey would probably take an average of 5-10 minutes.

What do they do with your info?

Aldi uses any information you provide to better understand their customer demographics and what their customers like or dislike about their shopping experience. They keep any information you provide private and do not share or sell that information.

What are the steps to take the survey?

  1. Make a purchase during a visit to Aldi
  2. Keep your receipt with your survey code printed on it
  3. Go to
  4. Select your language
  5. Enter your survey code
  6. Begin survey
  7. When asked remember answer YES to entering the sweepstakes
  8. Enter your contact info
  9. That’s it!

Let’s do it step by step!

First let’s go to it should look something like this.

Select your language and hit next.

Select which type of receipt you received.

Find and enter your code then enter the date and time of your visit then click next.

Select which areas you shopped in during your visit.

Rate your overall experience and whether you would recommend Aldi.

Let them know what you think in your own words about how well they did and how they could do better.

Rate the cleanliness, how it looked and if it was easy to get where you were trying to go.

Was the staff friendly? Were you happy with what was available?

Were your products handled well at check out?

Do you feel like you spent the right amount of time and your items were rung up correctly at the checkout?

Was it easy to clean the cart and sanitize your hands at the store?

Are you familiar with the Aldi App?

Have you used Aldi Delivery or Curbside Pickup?

What are the basics for info on your shopping habits and household?

Would you like to enter the sweepstakes?! YES!!!

That’s one of the longer surveys I’ve taken for customer feedback, but I really feel like Aldi listens to their customers and tries to make as many improvements as possible so their customers are happy, and want to keep coming back! And a chance to win a $100 Aldi Gift card is a big bonus!  I know I would be thrilled to win!!!
